Robert Half is currently recruiting a Real Estate Accountant (m/f/x) for a permanent role. Our client is an international company based in the Brussels area, active in a dynamic asset-driven environment. Your responsibilities Manage the daily follow-up of invoices and purchase orders related to insurance, maintenance, repairs and capital expenditures. Monitor these costs against budget and ensure accurate accounting allocations and postings. Support monthly closings, including accruals, prepaid expenses, capitalization and depreciation. Assist with reconciliations, fixed asset follow-up, reporting, audits and budget preparation. Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers regarding accounting and operational questions. Contribute to insurance claims follow-up, ESG reporting and process compliance. Your profile You have a degree in Accounting or Finance. You have a first relevant experience in accounting, ideally in real estate or a similar environment. You speak Dutch and/or French and have a very good knowledge of English. You work accurately, are well organized and feel comfortable in an international setting.
