Title and Summary Regional Product Manager, Product Management, Transfer Solutions Mastercard Transfer Solutions is a strategic growth business within Mastercard's Money Movement portfolio. Through Mastercard Move, Transfer Solutions enables secure, seamless and transparent money movement across domestic and cross-border payment flows. We are seeking an experienced Regional Product Manager, Product Management to join our Asia Pacific Transfer Solutions team based in Hong Kong or Singapore. This role will support the growth, commercialization and optimization of Transfer Solutions products across Asia Pacific region, while working collaboratively with local and global stakeholders. The successful candidate will help drive product adoption, identify new market opportunities, support customer engagements and contribute to the execution of Mastercard's money movement strategy.
Role Product Strategy & Execution • Support the execution of Transfer Solutions product strategy and market priorities. • Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization based on customer, market and business needs. • Evaluate new use cases, customer opportunities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. • Develop business cases and recommendations to support product enhancements and market expansion initiatives. Commercialization & Market Development • Support the growth of Cross-Border Services and broader Mastercard Move capabilities. • Partner with market teams to expand adoption across key money movement use cases, including but not limited to cross-border remittances, consumer and business disbursements, marketplace payouts, commercial payments, person-to-person and business-to-business transfers, etc. • Support go-to-market planning, launch readiness and market activation efforts. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement • Act as a subject matter expert for Transfer Solutions Cross-Border Services products and capabilities. • Support customer discussions, solution workshops and strategic product conversations. • Partner closely with Sales, Account Management and Customer Delivery teams to support new business opportunities. • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with global Product teams to launch new capabilities and enhancements. • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Finance teams to ensure successful product implementation and ongoing product performance. • Support management reporting, product updates and strategic planning activities. Product Performance & Optimization • Monitor product performance, adoption metrics and market trends. • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes. • Support product governance activities and ensure alignment with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
All About You Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in product management, payments, banking, fintech or financial services. • Strong understanding of payments, money movement, real-time payments, remittances or cross-border payment ecosystems. • Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, matrixed and global organization. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Fluent in English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
Preferred Experience • Experience working with banks, fintechs, payment service providers or money transfer operators. • Knowledge of cross-border payments, real-time payments and international remittance products. • Understanding of the Asis Pacific payments ecosystem with local market expertise. • Experience supporting product commercialization, launch initiatives or market expansion programs. • Familiarity with regulatory considerations impacting domestic and cross-border payments.
