Job Description Summary:
The Manager, PLM Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of integrated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), master data, and analytics solutions that support business objectives and data-driven decision‑making. This role partners closely with business R&D, Quality, and Regulatory stakeholders to analyze analytical and operational requirements, develop logical data models, and deliver scalable solutions across SAP PLM(Recipe and Development Mgmt.), SAP MDG, and Master Azure /Power Platform tools, while ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance, quality, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate bridges technical development with business processes - the Manager, PLM Developer oversees the development of data analytics products, dashboards, and reports using Azure and Power BI, enabling actionable business insights.
What You'll Do for Us:
• Analyze business formulation, specification, and regulatory requirements to develop logical data models and technical designs within SAP PLM and Master Data platforms.
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP PLM applications (Recipe Development, Specification Management, Property Trees) to meet R&D and product governance needs.
• Develop custom extensions, workflows, and simplified user interfaces (e.g., SAP Fiori / UI5) to enhance formulator user experience during recipe authoring.
• Developing data analytics products and engaging with the Data governance team to define required data quality controls and DevOps process for PLM Master data products.
• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Interacting with clients or stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement suitable solutions.
• Customizing, configuring, and testing applications to meet business needs.
• Creating data-driven dashboards and reports using Azure, Power BI for business insights into recipe statuses, ingredient compliance, and project lifecycles.
• Support data migration initiatives (e.g., mapping raw material and recipe specs from legacy systems like Oracle Agile P4P into SAP PLM).
• Building workflows, automating processes and data integrity checks using Power Automate and SAP workflow tools.
• Developing virtual agents to answer questions, take actions, or interact with systems using Power Virtual Agents.
• Developing application and process in SAP PLM, MDG or Master Data
• Ensuring the security and compliance of applications and data.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Providing support and training to end-users.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Good understanding of data modeling and database design.
• Experience in SAP PLM development is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with process mapping and flowcharting.
• Excellent project management, planning and organization skills and ability to work and deliver in changing environments while adhering to specified deadlines.

Role reports to Senior Director, Tech & Innovation Technology

Pay Range: United States of America: 124,600 USD - 148,200 USD Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
