Job Scale: Up to M5 Location: Islamabad Required Experience: Minimum of 5(five) years for Manager and minimum of 3(three) years for Assistant Manager of relevant professional experience. Experience with/in commercial banks, F.Is., Development Finance Institutions(DFIs), or FinTechs may be advantageous. Job Description Develop and enhance interactive dashboards and management information reports to support portfolio monitoring and strategic decision-making Perform portfolio, sectoral and obligor-level analytics to identify emerging risks, trends and business opportunities Conduct trend analysis, stress testing and scenario analysis to support proactive credit risk management Support the development, validation and enhancement of credit risk models, including PD, LGD and EAD methodologies, where applicable Analyse portfolio quality, non-performing financing (NPF/NPL) trends, provisioning requirements and concentration risks Contribute to IFRS 9 analytics, impairment assessment and risk reporting Design and automate reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Excel and other business intelligence tools to improve efficiency and data quality Collaborate with IT and business teams to strengthen data governance, reporting infrastructure and analytics capabilities Deliver high-quality analytical insights to support credit approval, portfolio optimisation and strategic business decisions Prepare insightful presentations and reports for Senior Management, Board Committees and regulators Support regulatory reporting, internal audits and supervisory inspections, as required Work collaboratively across Risk, Business, Compliance and Technology functions to drive continuous improvement in analytics and reporting. Core Competencies Technical Skills: • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities • Expertise in data analysis, visualisation and dashboard development • Sound understanding of credit risk, portfolio analytics and risk management principles • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel and other analytical tools • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights • Strong report writing, presentation and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal abilities • Knowledge of IFRS 9, regulatory reporting and banking risk frameworks will be an advantage • Understanding of export finance, international trade or Export Credit Agency (ECA) operations will be considered an asset • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. Qualification: Minimum of 16 (sixteen) years’ education having major in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Risk, Information Technology any other relevant field, from a leading local or international university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.) of Pakistan.
