Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our hotel's team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a General Maintenance/Electrician, you’re not just helping maintain the hotel's physical safety and functionality and ensuring the safety and functionality of the hotel’s electrical systems – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Support hotel facility maintenance: Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas • Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders • Perform preventive maintenance: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventative maintenance needs. Regularly test, clean, and repair light fixtures, electrical systems, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety • Support event needs: Assemble and disassemble power and lighting equipment for exhibits, meetings, and banquets • Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
