Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive experience working on digital projects integrating technologies such as CMS, DAM and CRM systems, with strong awareness of data management.Strong experience as a digital product manager with a track record of successfully managing digital developments including improvements to UX, design and functionality of complex, high-traffic websites.Experience of Agile delivery through multi-disciplined scrum teams, working on projects in Waterfall/Agile hybrid environments, and up-to-date knowledge of related tools and techniques.Experience of managing quality assurance, User Acceptance Testing, change management and deployment processes for digital developments, with a track record of clear communication and robust documentation. Responsibilities: Manage the roadmap for development.Maintain a strong awareness of how business processes, content, analytics, SEO, design, and development come together to deliver website enhancements cohesively.Align stakeholders and assemble project teams.Work closely with business leads to understand and prioritise requirements.Manage a contract with a digital agency.Lead three in-house Digital Product Managers.
