Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements: We need experience with End User Computing and Desktop Support.We need strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environments.We need hands-on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.We need understanding of IP networking, subnetting, and the OSI model.We need experience working in IT/OT environments.We need familiarity with GxP and regulated laboratory environments.We need experience using ServiceNow.We need knowledge of endpoint security and device imaging.Experience in Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated environments would be highly beneficial. Responsibilities: We support laboratory systems and critical laboratory infrastructure.We onboard and secure new devices.We troubleshoot scientific equipment connectivity.We manage incidents and help maintain efficient laboratory operations.We work closely with scientists to ensure laboratory systems and operations run effectively.
