Requirements
- Active SC security clearance
- Experience administering Windows Server environments
- Hands-on experience managing antivirus and endpoint security tools
- Background supporting cybersecurity platforms and endpoint management
- Availability to work onsite in Wokingham three days per week
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, users, and groups
- Maintain enterprise antivirus and endpoint security solutions
- Monitor endpoint agent health, deployment status, and policy synchronization
- Perform security software updates, patching, and version upgrades
- Troubleshoot endpoint agent failures, false positives, and security policy issues
- Support system hardening, vulnerability mitigation, and audit requirements
- Manage incidents and service requests, and document configurations and support procedures
- Help maintain secure, reliable Windows server environments and support the performance of enterprise cybersecurity platforms
