Salary: £19,500 - 35,500 per year
Requirements: Able to define design strategy and communicate benefits to senior stakeholdersCan identify and design methods of ideation appropriate to the business context and project requirementsUses journey maps to inform business and customer recommendationsCo-ordinates the production of prototypes to meet the needs of user testing and developmentAble to conduct usability testing and incorporate research into design strategyCollaborates to create new IA based on analysis and researchAdvocates and promotes accessibility and AD standards across projectsGuides other teams and stakeholders in best practice for UCD across a project lifecycleMentors junior team members and represents UX design across our companyDemonstrated ability in managing, coaching and developing members of our team and wider communityExperience working with Agile delivery methodologiesExperience in assisting with or conducting research and analysing findings to identify content needsExperience working in a full-service digital agency environmentActive member of relevant communities, such as online groups or speaking at conferences Responsibilities: Deliver intuitive service experiences based on user needs and design principlesAdvocate for needs-based design, design thinking, and service designManage, coach, and develop a small number of staffFocus on employee performance management and career developmentSupport the creation of exemplary digital services within our Experience Design capability Technologies: SupportUX UI DesignMarketing More:
