Salary: £28,000 - 51,000 per year
Requirements: Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management, with strong knowledge of User Experience, Agile, and Programme Assurance disciplines.In-depth experience in at least two major business verticals, including Public Sector.Experience in at least two business application environments.Strong C-level stakeholder communication and relationship-building experience, including coaching and mentoring clients.Broad business and technology understanding, with awareness of industry trends.Demonstrable experience delivering as part of an Agile team.Experience in line management or coaching.Ability to facilitate large stakeholder groups and drive focused outcomes.Ability to plan and lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business and project dynamics.Demonstrated adaptability to embrace and lead in new disciplines.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain, persuade, and justify decisions.Ability to translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements.Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.Ability to work flexibly and meet tight deadlines in uncertain, fast-changing environments.Strong team management skills, including managing a multi-disciplinary team.Ability to manage, mentor, and coach team members and the wider community.Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a variety of stakeholders.Desirable: experience working in a digital start-up.Desirable: experience working as a product manager delivering high-quality digital products.Desirable: experience working in a full-service digital agency environment.Desirable: experience leading digital transformation initiatives.Desirable: project management experience across multiple methodologies and frameworks.Desirable: Certified Scrum Product Owner.Desirable: active participation in communities of interest.
