Salary: £28,000 - 51,000 per year
Requirements: Lead, plan, develop, and conduct research activities, ensuring the right methods are appliedExpert knowledge and application of qualitative and quantitative research methodsSound understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principlesWork closely with client teams to deliver relevant and appropriate research plans and strategiesDesign and lead workshops across a project lifecycleRepresent user research across the organisationDemonstrated ability in managing, coaching, and developing senior members of our team and wider communityAble to communicate effectively at all levelsExcellent commercial awarenessStrong stakeholder management skillsExperience working in a full-service digital agency environmentDemonstrable knowledge of user-centred design practicesExperience working with Agile delivery methodologies Responsibilities: Deliver actionable insights that help define the right service experiences and focus them on user needsAdvocate for needs-based design, design thinking, and service designCoach others in design researchManage, coach, and develop a small number of staff, with a focus on employee performance and career developmentCreate exemplary digital services as part of our Experience Design capability Technologies: SupportMarketingUX UI Design More:
