Skills & qualifications needed Minimum of 2 years hospitality experience High level of floor, waitering and table management Extensive Food and Beverage background knowledge Passion for delivering 5 star hospitality Ability to handle fast paced environments and multitask Energy, enthusiasm and personality that translates to positive guest experience You identify with the following You thrive in a high pressure and dynamic environment ensuring a consistently high level of productivity and operational standards paying particular attention to details.
