Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor the performance of contractors and service providers to ensure works are completed in accordance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee building maintenance works, including Addition & Alteration (A&A), renovation, and improvement projects.
• Source quotations, evaluate proposals, and coordinate rectification works with term and appointed contractors.
• Supervise, inspect, and verify works carried out by site contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and completion schedules.
• Conduct daily inspections of building facilities, M&E systems, and equipment to ensure operational reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify defects, coordinate rectification works, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimise equipment downtime and maintain service standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities on maintenance, operational, and project-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), Fire Safety, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, quotations, work orders, and contractor performance.

Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Building Executive or 5 years for Senior Building Executive in facilities or building management.
• Hands-on experience in managing contractors, building maintenance, and A&A/renovation works.
• Good knowledge of building M&E systems, statutory compliance, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
