About the Role As a Robotic Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Stryker’s Mako system. This position requires a high level of clinical knowledge, technical acumen, and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of the operating theatre.
You will be the primary clinical expert for the Mako system, providing real-time support during procedures and working closely with surgical teams to optimise patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
• Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning to assist in surgical case preparation.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
• Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.

• Orthopaedic clinical support
• Biomedical science/engineering
• Medical device experience
• Operating theatre nursing/registered nursing experience
• Physiotherapy or allied health
