In this field-based sales role, you will manage a defined territory, build relationships with surgeons, support procedure growth, and execute customer-focused strategies that drive business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and service.
What You Will Do
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the orthopedic and trauma portfolio in the designated territory. • Identify, engage, and acquire new surgeon customers to expand product adoption and territory coverage. • Conduct regular visits with surgeons and healthcare professionals to promote products and support procedural utilization. • Generate and follow up on surgical opportunities to help ensure timely case support and territory growth. • Develop and execute customer-specific plans for key accounts in alignment with territory objectives. • Coordinate with surgical support teams to deliver consistent service before, during, and after procedures. • Serve as a product resource for customers by providing accurate product information and responding to inquiries. • Monitor product availability and communicate inventory-related information to support customer needs.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in orthopedic and trauma medical device sales. • Professional proficiency in Spanish. • Experience managing customer relationships within hospitals, clinics, or surgical environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working directly with orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams. • Experience managing a geographic sales territory and achieving sales targets. • Knowledge of orthopedic and trauma product portfolios. • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
Travel Percentage: 20%
