You will be responsible for curating personalised experiences, fulfilling guest requests and ensuring that every interaction reflects the warmth, elegance and excellence that Waldorf Astoria is known for worldwide. Whether it is arranging a private sunset dinner on the beach, coordinating water sports, booking transfers or simply remembering how a guest takes their morning coffee — you make it happen seamlessly and with genuine care.
We are looking for someone who is naturally warm, highly organised and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will have a talent for anticipating needs before they are expressed and a calm, creative approach to problem solving when things do not go according to plan. You communicate with elegance and ease, you remember the details that matter and you treat every guest interaction as an opportunity to create a lasting memory. Prior experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role is essential, with a minimum of two years in a similar position. Experience working in a remote or island property is a strong advantage. A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, and proficiency in OnQ or a similar property management system will be expected. Arabic speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
