Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Guest Request Attendant, you’re not just delivering housekeeping items to guests – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Deliver items with care: Promptly fulfill guest requests for items such as toiletries, pillows, towels, rollaways, and cribs • Provide professional shoe care: Retrieve, clean, shine, and return guest shoes with precision and attention to detail • Organize supplies: Maintain tidy, well-stocked housekeeping storerooms, closets, and offices to support daily operations • Handle guest amenities: Set up and store rollaways, cribs, and other amenities to ensure readiness and cleanliness for future use
