The post holder will assist the SENCO in matters concerning students with individual or specific needs, display a good knowledge and relevant experience of working with SEND. This role requires someone who can marry strategic thinking, good time management and creative flair. A flexible, can-do attitude and strong teamworking skills are therefore essential. This role requires the candidate to be multi-skilled and much of their work is based on excellent organisation and the ability to communicate politely and effectively.
Applicants should have GCSE English and Mathematics Grade A-C or equivalent andcompleted a Level 3 Classroom Support qualification or equivalent.
