About this role
Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of the Executive Office, the Coordinator/Senior Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Executive Office, Campus Dean, and senior university leadership through administrative, operational, and logistical coordination.
This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work closely with university Faculty and Staff, coordinate executive activities, official visits, meetings, events, and special projects, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Responsibilities (Coordinator & Senior Coordinator)
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Office, Campus Dean, and leadership team.
• Manage office communications, inquiries, and requests.
• Support meetings, events, campus visits, and executive activities, including scheduling and logistics.
• Assist with travel arrangements, documents, and administrative coordination.
• Prepare and maintain official documents, correspondence, and records.
• Support purchasing, invoices, reimbursements, P-Card transactions, and office supplies.
• Support daily office operations, inventory, mail services, and other administrative needs.
• Maintain a professional and organized Executive Office environment.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support university initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional activities.
in addition to the responsibilities above, the Senior Coordinator:
• Serves as a key point of contact for the Executive Office when working with university leaders and external stakeholders.
• Independently manages executive support activities for the Campus Dean and senior leadership.
• Coordinates high-level meetings, VIP visits, official events, and executive engagements.
• Prepares executive materials, including presentations, briefing documents, and correspondence.
• Develops schedules, itineraries, and logistics plans for executive activities.
• Identifies improvements and supports efficient office operations.
• Manages Executive Office processes, including records, financial tracking, and administrative procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Coordinator
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in higher education or a professional office environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean are required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience driving a passenger van (e.g., Kia Carnival).
• Experience working in a nonprofit organization, higher education institution, or other professional office environment.
Senior Coordinator, in addition to the qualifications above:
• Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership, coordinating complex administrative activities, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Coordinator
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and other office systems.
• Positive, professional, and can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and support others.
Senior Coordinator, in addition to the qualifications above:
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and coordinate executive-level activities while working effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated initiative, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Require flexible hours, including occasional evening and weekend hours, with prior notice
• Work may require some physical exertion (I.e., standing, lifting, moving, etc.)
• Some work may be completed outside
Pay Bands
• Coordinator: KRW 38,000,000 – 43,000,000 per year, based on relevant prior work experience.
• Senior Coordinator: KRW 47,000,000 – 52,000,000 per year, based on relevant prior work experience.
