We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end HR operations while acting as a trusted partner to business leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit Drive HR operations, employee documentation, and policy implementation Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and full & final settlements Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement Support organizational changes and provide HR insights through reporting and analytics Manage vendor relationships for HR-related services What We're Looking For MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent 6-9 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles Strong payroll and statutory compliance expertise Good understanding of Indian labour laws Experience in startups or high-growth organizations is a plus Ability to work independently, build scalable processes, and influence stakeholders Key Competencies HR Business Partnering HR Operations Payroll Administration Employee Relations Performance Management Compensation & Benefits Talent Management HR Analytics Compliance & Governance Vendor Management Why Join Bull?
