Key Responsibilities
As a REALTOR® with Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd., you will:
* Follow up with brokerage-generated buyer and seller opportunities * Build relationships and convert leads into active clients * Conduct buyer consultations, showings, and listing presentations * Manage and nurture your client pipeline using CRM systems * Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development * Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through closing
Qualifications
* Active Ontario RECO Real Estate Licence * or * Currently enrolled in the Humber Real Estate Salesperson ProgramAdditional qualifications include: * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Excellent organization and time management abilities * Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached * Commitment to personal and professional development
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.
