Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear roadmaps and priorities. Build consensus across engineering, product, design, customer support, marketing, and business stakeholders. Identify dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions across teams. Use metrics, customer feedback, and operational insight to improve platform performance and customer experience. Support integration of capabilities across the business. Create decision frameworks that help teams move quickly while maintaining quality and strategic alignment.
