About this role
You'll be the person who keeps our office running — and the first place colleagues turn to when they need something sorted. If you notice a flickering light before anyone else mentions it and genuinely enjoy making a space work for people, this role is for you. Own the office environment: cleanliness, order, lighting, ergonomics, and overall comfort across all zones — spotting and fixing issues before the team notices them; Act as a single point of contact for colleagues on any day-to-day administrative or facilities question; Plan, track, and report on the office budget; run plan-vs-actual analysis and find ways to optimise spend; Handle procurement and supplies: stationery, consumables, coffee and snacks, small appliances and furniture — with accurate inventory and issuing records; Manage vendors end to end: sourcing, contracts and orders, payment tracking, reconciliation, and collecting closing documents; Organise incoming and outgoing mail and courier logistics; Set up and equip workstations, including onboarding setups for new joiners together with IT; Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve cross-functional requests quickly;
