About this role
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our KYC/Compliance team. You'll be responsible for growing and mentoring the team while also driving technical direction, architecture, and delivery. The platform handles identity/KYB verification, integrations with external verification and screening providers, and automated compliance decisioning across 48+ countries. It’s a greenfield project , so you'll have the opportunity to shape the architecture, engineering culture, and technology choices from day one. Tech stack: Golang, Kafka, Temporal, MySQL, AWS. Lead and grow engineering teams, supporting new developers' adaptation and career development Manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality and on-time software delivery Align engineering efforts with business goals through close collaboration with stakeholders Develop and optimize engineering processes, tools, and technologies in collaboration with the team Build and nurture a developer community within the company and participate in external conferences Oversee the use of core technologies, including Golang, Python, MySQL, Kubernetes to ensure efficient development practices
