We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Grocery team . In this role, you'll play a key role in building high-performance, scalable systems while leading and mentoring a strong engineering team. Lead and grow engineering teams, supporting new developers' adaptation and career development Manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality and on-time software delivery Align engineering efforts with business goals through close collaboration with stakeholders Develop and optimize engineering processes, tools, and technologies in collaboration with the team Build and nurture a developer community within the company and participate in external conferences Oversee the use of core technologies, including Golang, Python, MySQL, Kubernetes to ensure efficient development practices
