Initiating preliminary design concepts and evaluation through concept feasibility, design validation, manufacturing process and PPAP approvals. Collaborate with a global multidisciplinary team to develop and launch innovative new products. Oversee product line maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective products. Benchmark competitive equipment. Participate in multi-disciplinary collaboration to correct manufacturing issues (assembly, machining, etc.), quality issues (dimensional, material, and design discrepancies, etc.), and purchasing issues (vendor qualification, engineering support, etc.). Define critical-to-quality dimensions and features of components and products. Perform other related duties as required or assigned. Who we want: Hard-working winners .
