Job summary We are seeking Healthcare Assistants to join our multi-professional team providing palliative nursing care interventions for patients and their families on the IPU. Our Healthcare Assistants are responsible for the observation of patients and the provision of care in accordance with the management plans under the supervision of a Team Leader for patients on the IPU.

Main duties of the job Working within a team of Nurse and Health care assistants alongside the MDT to deliver safe and effective care to the patients and their families whilst under the care of the IPU.
