We are an independent local charity based in Bosham, Chichester, offering a wide range of services to support our patients, and their loved ones, who are living with a life limiting or terminal illness. The work we do makes a real difference to the lives of local people and we support over 330 patients at any one time between our In Patient Unit and Community teams.

This role provides a safe, effective, efficient care environment for patients, relatives and carers. As a registered nurse you will provide pro-active and skilled nursing care to patients in our inpatient Unit in need of specialist palliative end of life care, undertaking nursing duties and holistic assessments, planning and co-ordination of a patients needs with programmes of care that are supportive, compassionate and person-centred.This is a full time or part-time permanent role, mainly day shifts with some nights.

A full UK driving licence and use of a car is essential unless a reasonable adjustment can be made.
