Bayswater Education was established in 2017 by a team of experienced professionals in the international education industry. The business is for profit with a social mission at its core. The commitment to operate on a one for one basis is enshrined in our business.
For every week of tuition that a student studies with us, we will give a week of education to underprivileged people from where our students are recruited. We set out to create a global network of Colleges, focusing initially on teaching English and French to International students.
We want to inspire and educate the next generation. Bayswater Education currently comprises the following divisions:
• High Quality Language Courses in 11 year-round locations across 4 countries - UK, France, Canada, South Africa & Cyprus
• Career-focused Short Courses for Generation Z in the UK and Canada. Study Digital Marketing, International Business, Project Management, Luxury Brand Management, etc.
• Bayswater Summer and Year Round Groups.
Position Summary, key duties and responsibilities
Employment Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week, Sun to Thu (Fri and Sat – weekend)
Holiday: 22 plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
Proposed Start Date: ASAP
The Education Advisor role has core responsibility for:
• Answering (mainly by phone) sales enquiries received through our web site or any other marketing campaign: social media, google Adwords, other directories, etc.
• Update the company CRM with all details, follow up information, sales, tasks, etc.
• Help in all marketing strategies to promote Bayswater College in our schools into the market (especially the MENA market)
• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our students and partners consistently.
• Following the agreed internal processes and procedures and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
The Education Advisor will require excellent communication and inter-personal skills in written and by phone; projecting a courteous and professional manner at all times when representing Bayswater Education.
Knowledge, qualifications and experience
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Overseas studying/working experience, ideally with exposure to an international environment.
• A third language will be desirable: French, Spanish, German, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.
• Sales experience in Education industry or services.
• An undergraduate degree focus on business, marketing, sales, language or tourism (desirable)
• Customer service experience (desirable).
