QualificationsIndividual Occupational Requirements Basic Requirements Degree: social work. Must fulfill all of the requirements for the master's degree in social work in a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: -Experience conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and providing short-term, solution-focused counseling for stress, fatigue, moral injury, and operational burnout. -Experience advising senior leaders on workforce trends (such as cognitive overload, fatigue, and retention risks), operational stress control, and command climate issues. -Experience partnering with medical, religious, and family support teams to coordinate primary prevention programs and ensure continuity of care between commands and treatment providers. -Experience delivering after-hours emergency crisis intervention and case management for high-risk, complex behavioral health cases (including suicide-related behaviors). This position is within the Work Category PROFESSIONAL at Work Level SENIOR, Series and Grade GG-0185-13. Major DutiesYou will serve as a SOCIAL WORKER in the FLAG ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (N00) of U.S. FLEET CYBER COMMAND (USFLTCYBERCOM).You will conduct need assessments to include focus groups and individual assessments to accomplish specific program development.You will serve as the USFLTCYBERCOM Suicide Prevention Program Manager, Human Factors Program Manager, Command Resiliency Team Manager and Navy Behavioral Health Representative.You will serve as a senior advisor to commanders and civilian leadership on behavioral health issues affecting mission effectiveness.You will provide short-term, solution focused counseling for stress, fatigue, moral injury, and operational burnout.You will coordinate medical, legal and social services and provides command consultation to assist in referral and treatment.You will develop policies, procedures, and metrics for resilience and behavioral health programs.You will deliver training on stress management, resilience, and mental performance.
