Job SummaryYou will serve as a Program Analyst in the Acquisition Management Dept GT30000 of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level DA-03 or pay band in the federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, demonstrating some or all of the following program management competencies: Partnering, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving. Specialized experience must include some or all of the following: (1) Developing and sustaining strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives; (2) Building alliances across organizational boundaries by coordinating joint initiatives, negotiating roles and responsibilities, and resolving competing priorities; (3) Clearly and effectively presenting complex, sensitive, or controversial information to diverse audiences through briefings, meetings, and working groups; (4) Making clear and convincing oral presentations that translate technical, policy, or analytical information into actionable recommendations, while actively listening and clarifying information; (5) Identifying and analyzing operational, programmatic, or policy problems using qualitative and quantitative data; and (6) Evaluating alternatives, assessing risks and trade-offs, and recommending timely, evidence-based solutions that balance mission requirements with stakeholder needs. Major DutiesYou will be responsible for planning, directing, managing, and controlling all or subsets of tasks for projects assigned.You will participate from initial plans through acquisition and delivery of the hardware and support systems.You will coordinate workload for established teams of multi-disciplinary professionals from various organizational elements of the NAWCTSD.You will propose analyses and plans to determine the most efficient means of contracting various phases of the program.MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
