Job SummaryYou will serve as a FACILITY & PLANT PLANNING SECTION LEAD in the Commanding Officer of FLTREADCEN EAST.
QualificationsFOR GS-12:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Demonstrating experience in technical project management as it relates to complex facilities and/or equipment infrastructure. 2.) Experience within aircraft MRO operations. 3.) Demonstrating leadership skills related to multi-disciplinary project efforts. 4.) Demonstrating communication at all levels of their operational organization. FOR GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Demonstrating advanced experience in technical project management as it relates to complex facilities and/or equipment infrastructure. 2.) Experience within aircraft MRO operations. 3.) Demonstrating advanced leadership skills related to multi-disciplinary project efforts. 4.)Demonstrating regular communication at all levels of their operational organization. Major DutiesYou will monitor work progress, review methods, procedures, deadlines, and quality of work accomplished, and provides technical guidance as needed.You will establish methods and manage the development, implementation, and modification of applicable depot instructions, processes, procedures, sand desktop guides for assigned functional areas.You will resolve problems associated with management, design, execution, and implementation processes.You will provide technical expertise to achieve productivity and process improvements to ensure adequate equipment, facilities, and infrastructure are available to meet customers’ capacity and capability requirements.You will provide customer support and builds/maintains internal and external customer relationships within assigned areas.
