The Role (Responsibilities) For driving business analysis and end-to-end project delivery for key strategic initiatives within the Consumer Business Group. Serve as a key bridge between business units, technical leads, and development teams, ensuring transparent communication, alignment with strategy, and timely roadblock resolution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, map operational workflows, identify risks, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications. Harness artificial intelligence tools and automated workflows to accelerate development cycles, optimize project execution, and enhance team productivity. To succeed in this Role (Requirements) University degree or above Qualification Strong, demonstrated knowledge of HKT connectivity, specifically relating to LTS (Line Testing / Telecommunication Services) within CBG and PND, as well as Wholesale operations within the CG business. Solid technical and programming background capable of understanding complex software architectures, data structures, and system integrations (experience with payment systems or reconciliation platforms is a strong plus). Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to streamline documentation, accelerate project delivery, and optimize daily workflows.
