Introduction Sentence We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity! Your new job includes As an Account Manager (m/f/d) in the Sales division for Central & South-East Europe, you will ensure that a defined client portfolio is successfully managed and that commercial targets are implemented at an operational level. In particular, you will manage an assigned client portfolio within defined market and channel guidelines implement commercial targets – for example, relating to product ranges, prices and promotions – in accordance with the defined guidelines hold regular client meetings to clarify operational issues and help ensure client satisfaction prepare forecasts, analyses and KPIs to support decision-making ensure the operational implementation of sales and activation measures coordinate internal consultations on operational matters and ensure smooth processes identify potential within the client portfolio and derive appropriate recommendations maintain and keep relevant systems, records and documentation up to date prepare client-related decision-making documentation for approval by the relevant lead functions independently handle and decide on day-to-day operational matters and standardised client requirements Preferred Profile initial or advanced experience in sales or a commercial environment strong customer orientation and communication skills solid analytical capabilities and understanding of KPIs and reporting a structured, accurate and reliable way of working the ability to prioritize operational topics independently confidence in working with relevant systems and tools strong team orientation and willingness to collaborate across interfaces a solution-oriented mindset, ownership in day-to-day business and strong execution skills If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.
