HR Officer F/M - Bank Reference: LU878351 Luxembourg EUR 55K - 75K per year Permanent Financial Services Our client is a well-established international bank based in Luxembourg, recognised for its strong corporate culture, stability, and commitment to delivering high-quality financial services. To support the continued growth of its Human Resources team, we are looking for an experienced HR Officer F/M. Your Responsibilities As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring an excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include: • Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. • Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR-related documentation. • Coordinating payroll preparation with external providers and ensuring data accuracy. • Administering employee benefits and leave management. • Supporting recruitment activities and coordinating interviews when required. • Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures. • Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg labour law and internal policies. • Maintaining HR records and producing HR reports and statistics. • Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Your Profile • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar HR Officer or HR Generalist position, ideally within the banking, financial services, or regulated environment. • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and HR administration. • Experience working with payroll processes and HR information systems. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. • Fluent in English; French is required.
