About this role
Pizza Cooks perform some or all of the following duties: Prepare and cook SPECIALTY PIZZAS, both Gourmet and traditionalPrepare and cook special pizzas like KETO, Gluten free Schedule and supervise kitchen helpersOversee kitchen operationsMaintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipmentMay clean kitchen and work areaMay plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order suppliesMay hire and train kitchen staff
