Tasks: Follow sustainable soy farming practices such as crop rotation, reduced-till or no-till, water and nutrient management, precision farming technology and cover crops. Handling animals. Monitoring animal health. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Tractor. Forklift.
