We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. This position involves traveling to various commercial and residential locations to perform general maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting a wide range of maintenance issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Travel to assigned job sites to perform maintenance and repair tasks Handle light plumbing, light electrical work, drywall patching, and other minor repairs Inspect and diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions Communicate effectively with customers to explain work performed and address concerns Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safetyRequirements
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in maintenance and customer service Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commercial maintenance experience preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be able to work on-call every 4-6 weeks for one weekendBenefits
