NTT Data is looking for an API / SOA Team Lead Location: Belgium (Fully Remote Possible) Contract Type: Freelance or Permanent About the role As API / SOA Team Lead, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering API and integration projects while ensuring quality, governance and successful project execution. Key responsibilities: Lead and mentor development and analysis teams Manage planning, resources and priorities Coordinate project delivery activities Facilitate Agile ceremonies Ensure compliance with architecture standards Manage risks, dependencies and issues Communicate with business and technical stakeholders Monitor project delivery and reporting Support solution design and technical governance What we are looking for A collaborative leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver complex initiatives across multidisciplinary teams. Higher education degree or equivalent experience Experience leading software delivery teams Strong understanding of API and SOA environments Agile delivery experience Resource and budget management experience Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong communication and coaching abilities Knowledge of testing methodologies and DevOps practices Experience with project reporting and governance Understanding of REST, SOAP and integration concepts Languages: Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory) Professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French (mandatory) Technology environment: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural, Jenkins, OpenAPI, REST Services, Agile Tooling, Reporting Platforms and API Management solutions.
