To be successful in this role you need well rounded experience supporting residential and/or commercial buildings including but not limited to: Appliance installation and trouble-shooting Carpentry Electrical Plumbing Janitorial HVAC Systems Routine maintenance and repair Safety Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience is required Willingness to undertake training if necessary. Reliability and dependability is a must.
