How You'll Make an Impact

Ensure compliance with all applicable external regulations and internal policies, procedures, and guidelinesOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activitiesMaintain safe, efficient workflows aligned with production and operational schedulesEnsure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and auditsCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams and external partnersManage warehouse budgets and identify cost optimization opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives using data, KPIs, and lean methodologiesPromote compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsLead, develop, and engage the warehouse team, fostering accountability, capability growth, and performance Your Background

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience managing warehouse or logistics operationsExperience within manufacturing, industrial, or energy-related environmentsStrong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practicesDemonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational improvementsProven people leadership skills with a strong focus on safety, engagement, and development More About Us
