Our Accounting Intern position will introduce you to our Business Management Training program which fully prepares you to become a Business Manager of your own financial operation.

This role pays $22 / hour
This role will be located at the following address:
4900 Route 33, Neptune, NJ 07753
This is a Part-time (15-25 hours per week), in-person internship starting in September 2026 through December 2026.
Responsibilities
Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist in preparing financial statement & analysisWork closely with rental branches and other departmentsAssist accounting managers with reports, etc.Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cashAssist in accounting schedules & filingPerform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years oldMust be enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college/university in a bachelors degree program in Accounting or Finance and graduating by May 2027Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferredMust have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and WordMust live within a one hour commute of the locationMust be able to read, write, and speak EnglishMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
