Responsibilities: We provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues across the firm.We set up and support laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, and technology services.We manage IT assets, software licenses, and technology inventories.We liaise with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and other third-party technology suppliers.We assist with technology procurement and vendor management.We support case management systems, document management systems, and Microsoft 365 services.We help create and improve IT workflows, processes, and documentation.We research emerging technologies and carry out market analysis on new platforms and solutions, including AI technologies.We support the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new technology solutions.We assist with technology projects, system upgrades, and business improvement initiatives.We support client security questionnaires, RFIs, audits, and compliance activities.We contribute to cybersecurity awareness and technology best practices across the firm. We report to the Head of Technology, a key member of our Operations Team.
