Responsibilities
- Build relationships across our user base and with our IS/IT colleagues.
- Assist with the operational management of IT infrastructure.
- Work with our departments to encourage adoption of M365 and help migrate data to OneDrive and SharePoint where appropriate.
- Work with third parties and colleagues across IS/IT to deliver complex projects, including migration of on-premises systems to AWS and private cloud infrastructure.
- Assist with delivering projects specific to our company.
- Liaise with third-party providers for video conferencing, telecoms and infrastructure support.
- Create documentation to help users adopt our IS/IT systems and processes, and work with our Knowledge team to share it with end users.
- Develop subject matter expertise in SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Monitor incident and request queues and identify trends and problems.
