Requirements: 6+ years experience as a Solution Architect.Proven experience working in a large enterprise bank within the past 3 years.Experience in one or more of the following: Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and technology risk.Experience with ServiceNow is desirable.Knowledge of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is highly desirable.Knowledge of operational resilience frameworks, RTO/RPO, backup and disaster recovery, and dependency mapping. Responsibilities: Create resilience-focused high-level and low-level designs aligned with enterprise architecture and cloud strategy.Translate Operational Resilience and DORA requirements into actionable designs.Act as a design authority for resilience initiatives, reviewing and approving technical designs.Provide architectural input into programmes including technology modernisation, cloud migration, and system decommissioning.Produce documentation and reporting. We are a Global IT Services Provider recruiting for a Solution Architect to design end-to-end technical solutions aligned to operational resilience regulations and our internal frameworks. This is an initial 6-month contract role, offering 1–2 days a week in Sheffield and an inside IR35 arrangement at £700–£800 per day.
