FII USA, Inc. , a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead inventory control operations and ensure inventory accuracy, compliance, and efficient material management across warehouse operations. Once a part of the team, you will oversee inventory control personnel, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support cross-functional operations within the Warehouse Department while having the opportunity to display leadership and critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee inventory transactions, supervise inventory control staff, coordinate inventory audits, and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting the Warehouse Department as needed. Supervise and develop Inventory Control team members, providing coaching, training, and performance management Oversee daily inventory control activities to ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse operations Reconcile inventory balances between warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and financial records Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures, internal controls, and warehouse standards Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions Plan, coordinate, and oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory audits across warehouse locations Review inventory adjustments, scrap transactions, material dispositions, and inventory transfers for accuracy and compliance Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation for inventory transactions and inventory control activities Analyze inventory trends, aging reports, and stock movement to identify operational risks and improvement opportunities Monitor inventory KPIs and develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy and material flow Develop, standardize, and maintain inventory procedures, work instructions, and best practices Support inventory reserve calculations for slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and process optimization Support internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of corrective actions Assist with warehouse planning, staffing, and operational priorities as needed Other Duties as assigned
