About this role
We are looking for a Service Operations Engineer to support the stability, availability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure and internal services. In this role, you will work with Linux systems, Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, monitoring tools, and related infrastructure technologies. Your primary focus will be day-to-day operations, incident resolution, system maintenance, and continuous improvement of the production environment. What you will do Operate and maintain cloud infrastructure and internal production services. Administer Kubernetes clusters and containerized services. Monitor system health, availability, capacity, and performance. Investigate alerts, service disruptions, and infrastructure incidents. Analyze logs and monitoring data to identify the causes of technical issues. Troubleshoot Linux, networking, storage, container, and service-related problems. Perform routine maintenance, updates, configuration changes, and service recovery. Support deployment and infrastructure change activities. Improve monitoring, operational procedures, and system reliability. Create and maintain internal technical documentation and runbooks. Cooperate with engineering, networking, and infrastructure teams. What we expect Professional experience in system administration, cloud operations, infrastructure support, or a similar role. Good knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting. Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker. Understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancing. Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Understanding of high availability, redundancy, and disaster-recovery principles. Ability to investigate incidents systematically and work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. English sufficient for internal communication and technical documentation. Nice to have Experience with public or private cloud platforms. Familiarity with infrastructure automation and configuration-management tools. Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes. Experience with databases, storage systems, or virtualization technologies. Experience working in a 24/7 production environment.
