Account specific roles and responsibilities
Review and process authorization requests from insurance companies. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day, with no pending items. Track and monitor task completion and provide timely updates to the direct team lead. Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience in a healthcare account Knowledgeable with US healthcare insurance Good working knowledge in checking and processing Authorization Good verbal and written English skills Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong Amenable working night shifts Benefits
