At Response, our mission is simple: to enable people of all ages to live a more fulfilled life through excellent mental health services, housing and supported living.

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to join Grove House as a Senior Mental Health Support Worker. Whether you're guiding a team through a busy shift, supporting someone through a difficult period, or celebrating a resident's achievement, you'll play an important part in changing lives for the better.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our leadership team, you will:

Lead and coordinate shifts to ensure high-quality support is delivered

Support residents with practical life skills such as budgeting, cooking, travel and tenancy management

Encourage access to employment, training, education and community opportunities

Champion trauma-informed practice and recovery-focused support

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success isn't measured by paperwork alone.

It's seeing someone gain the confidence to travel independently.

It's helping a resident move closer to independent living.

It's supporting colleagues to develop their skills and grow in confidence.

It's knowing you've helped create a safe, supportive environment where people can flourish.

We're seeking someone who has:

Experience supporting people with mental health needs

A good understanding of recovery-focused and person-centred practice

Experience supporting assessments, referrals or risk management processes
