Job Description: In this field-based role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and technical support for a range of medical devices and surgical equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment that directly impacts patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Repair, service, and test Stryker’s electronic and mechanical devices to manufacturer and regulatory standards. • Deliver preventive maintenance, calibrations, and annual checks on equipment in hospitals and clinical settings. • Install systems and complete hardware and software upgrades at customer sites. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians. • Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met. • Document all service activities accurately for compliance and full traceability. • Support internal teams and customers with technical advice and training. • Collaborate with colleagues to share technical knowledge and contribute to team goals
